What to include

• Your company name (if you have one)
• Whether you are using the web app or the iPhone app
• What you expected, and what happened instead
• Screenshots if something looks wrong

No invite code?

New accounts need a company invite code from your manager or company owner. We cannot invent codes for you — ask the person who invited you to Novaztra. If you are the company owner and need a first CEO code, contact us at the email above.
